This policy applies to brevyn.app.

These policies describe Brevyn Motion Workspace's current paid, account-bound self-serve pilot, with a manual Assisted review fallback for requests outside the current low-risk wedge. Public checkout remains closed until account review and production activation are complete, and these policies may be updated before checkout opens. They do not provide legal advice to users.

Brevyn Motion Workspace("Brevyn") is the independent AI video workflow offered at brevyn.app. References to this product do not refer to unrelated third-party websites, apps, exam-prep products, education services, or AI certification materials using similar names.

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not submit to Brevyn Motion Workspace. It applies to pilot requests, uploaded screenshots, reference images, prompts, product context, generated samples, and any future self-serve generation workflow.

Allowed inputs

Brevyn Motion Workspace is designed for product launch assets. You may submit product screenshots, app screens, dashboard screenshots, UI mockups, landing page sections, feature cards, your own logos and brand assets, product photography, images of consenting adults, and other launch visuals that you own or are allowed to use.

Source-media permission

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every screenshot, reference image, prompt, and other input you submit. If an identifiable adult appears, you must also have the consent needed to use and process their likeness. Do not upload sensitive personal information or third-party brand assets, stock imagery, copyrighted characters, logos, or other protected material unless you are authorized to use it.

Product URL rule

In v1, product URLs are used only as context. Brevyn Motion Workspace does not automatically crawl, screenshot, or extract source media from a URL for a pilot sample.

Prohibited content

Non-consensual or deceptive use of an identifiable person's likeness.
Face swap, deepfake, impersonation, or other face or identity manipulation.
Celebrities, public figures, political figures, or minors.
NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
Graphic violence, gore, credible threats, harassment, extremist praise, recruitment, or propaganda.
Copyrighted characters, brand mascots, logos, trademarks, protected styles, or other third-party material when you do not have permission to use them. Your own authorized brand assets are allowed.
Fraud, scams, spam, phishing, malware, social engineering, or impersonation.
Political persuasion, voter manipulation, or misleading public-issue content.
Medical, legal, financial, employment, or housing-related deception or scam content.
Attempts to evade moderation, platform rules, provider policies, or law.

Moderation

We may review requests manually or with automated moderation before generation. If a request may violate this policy, we may block it before generation starts. If generation has not started, generation credits should not be consumed.

Enforcement

If a request violates this policy or creates legal, safety, payment, provider, or operational risk, we may refuse the request, ask for replacement screenshots, remove content, pause access, revoke pilot eligibility, or contact the user.
