How are credits used?
The current runtime uses 80 credits for a 5-second 480p generation. Capability and cost are shown again before submission.
What happens if generation fails?
The private Creation shows the recorded credit outcome: not charged, credits used, or credits returned. A failure is not a promise of a cash refund.
Why can a request enter review?
Some requests need a manual policy or fit check before creation begins. Review is scoped to that request and does not guarantee approval or legal clearance.
Who can access my videos?
Inputs, requests, and results are account-bound. Preview and download access uses controlled, short-lived links.
