These policies describe Brevyn Motion Workspace's current paid, account-bound self-serve pilot, with a manual Assisted review fallback for requests outside the current low-risk wedge. Public checkout remains closed until account review and production activation are complete, and these policies may be updated before checkout opens. They do not provide legal advice to users.

Brevyn Motion Workspace("Brevyn") is the independent AI video workflow offered at brevyn.app. References to this product do not refer to unrelated third-party websites, apps, exam-prep products, education services, or AI certification materials using similar names.

What we collect

We collect information needed to run Brevyn Motion Workspace, review pilot requests, deliver samples, manage credits, and provide support.

Account information: email, authentication identifiers, and basic profile details.
Pilot request information: product or company name, product URL context, launch timing, intended use, product context, uploaded screenshot or reference image, AUP acknowledgment, and source-media permission confirmation.
Generation information: prompts, context, presets, provider metadata, generated samples, job status, errors, credit adjustments, and output metadata.
Billing information: payment processor identifiers, product or pack, payment status, credit grants, credit usage, and refund or adjustment records. We do not store full card numbers.
Support information: emails, messages, request IDs, generation IDs, payment IDs, and issue details.
Usage and analytics information: site or product events, device and browser data, and approximate location or IP-derived data.

How we use data

Provide the site, pilot request workflow, sample delivery, accounts, credits, billing, and support.
Review fit, safety, AUP compliance, provider policy, and payment risk.
Route generation requests to active or fallback providers.
Store and deliver private samples and outputs.
Investigate failed jobs, payment issues, refunds, and support requests.
Prevent abuse, fraud, policy evasion, and security incidents.
Improve reliability, quality, and user experience.

Service providers and sub-processors

We use vendors to operate Brevyn Motion Workspace. The provider set may change during the pilot, and may include these categories:

Authentication and database.
File and object storage.
AI generation providers.
Moderation providers, including Creem Moderation if live AI image or video paths are enabled.
Payment processors, including Creem for live payment review and processing when enabled.
Analytics and error monitoring, including Google Analytics when you consent to non-essential analytics cookies.
Email and support delivery.
Hosting and CDN providers.

Data retention

v1 generated videos are expected to be retained for 30 days unless deleted earlier or retained longer for support, abuse prevention, billing, accounting, legal, or security reasons.
Account, billing, and support records may be retained for compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

User rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support@brevyn.app. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for core functionality and analytics.

Authentication cookies keep you signed in securely.
A site preference cookie remembers the current domain experience.
