These policies describe Brevyn Motion Workspace's current paid, account-bound self-serve pilot, with a manual Assisted review fallback for requests outside the current low-risk wedge. Public checkout remains closed until account review and production activation are complete, and these policies may be updated before checkout opens. They do not provide legal advice to users.

Brevyn Motion Workspace("Brevyn") is the independent AI video workflow offered at brevyn.app. References to this product do not refer to unrelated third-party websites, apps, exam-prep products, education services, or AI certification materials using similar names.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, submitting a pilot request, buying or receiving credits, or using Brevyn Motion Workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Credit and Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

The self-serve pilot

Brevyn Motion Workspace is an independent AI video workflow for turning approved product screenshots and launch visuals into short launch-motion assets. Signed-in, paid, account-bound users can prepare a brief and generate directly once source-media permission, acceptable-use confirmation, moderation, and credit checks pass. Requests outside the current low-risk wedge may enter a manual Assisted review instead of direct generation.

Output duration, quality, provider route, storage, pricing, credits, and availability may change as we validate safety, cost, and reliability. Public checkout is not open before live payment approval.

Brevyn Motion Workspace is an independent AI video workflow and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to ByteDance, Seedance, Dreamina, CapCut, or their owners/operators. Any third-party model or platform names are used only as descriptive context.

Account rules

You must provide accurate account and contact information.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may not abuse, attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass the service.
We may limit, pause, or terminate access where there is legal, payment, provider, abuse, security, or operational risk.

Inputs and permissions

You are responsible for prompts, screenshots, reference images, product context, and other inputs you submit.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process those materials.
Do not submit customer photos, user photos, third-party brand assets, stock imagery, copyrighted characters, logos, or other content you are not allowed to use.

Outputs

Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unstable in quality, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.
We do not guarantee copyright clearance, trademark clearance, likeness rights, commercial suitability, legal safety, platform acceptance, campaign performance, or launch results.

License needed to operate the service

To operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or provider requirements, you authorize Brevyn Motion Workspace to host, process, store, display, and deliver your inputs and outputs as needed for the service.

Billing and credits

If paid access is enabled, it will normally be offered as a limited credit pack.
Credits are issued after verified payment fulfillment and have no cash value.
Credits are not transferable and may be limited to control abuse or provider risk.
Credit and cash refund review is described in our Credit and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, block, remove, or pause requests that create legal, safety, payment, provider, or operational risk.

You may not submit or create NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content through Brevyn Motion Workspace.

Third-party providers

Brevyn Motion Workspace may use third-party providers for authentication, storage, moderation, payments, analytics, email, support, and AI generation. Their availability, rules, pricing, and behavior may affect the service.

Availability

The service is offered as a pilot and may be interrupted, delayed, modified, paused, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uptime, generation speed, or uninterrupted access.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brevyn Motion Workspace and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
